AZ-TESOL's Annual Fund

The AZ-TESOL
Board has established an Annual Fund to support and fund
the organization’s scholarships, grants, and awards,
including the Jean
Zukowski/Faust Passion for Professionalism Scholarship
and the awards listed in the AZ-TESOL Newsletter and on
the Scholarships,
Grants, and Awards page here at the AZ-TESOL website.
AZ-TESOL
is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (tax
ID 86-0484180). Your contribution to this Annual Fund
is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Contributions
of any amount are welcome.
To send
a donation, please download and print your choice of the
forms listed below, then send the completed form, with
your check, to the address given on the form. After receipt
of your donation, you will receive, for IRS documentation,
a letter that acknowledges your gift.
